Walk to Wellfleet center or harbor from this lovely, waterfront five-bedroom antique. Modern renovations complement the historic charm of this charming home. Enjoy ever changing views of Duck Creek as the Wellfleet tides ebb and flow.

From the back deck, enter a spacious and bright kitchen and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, counter seating, stainless appliances and a pantry. The dining area has a ceiling fan and a large table with room for everyone. Enjoy views of the lawn and water beyond. Just off the kitchen is a den with flat screen TV and satellite television. There is a half bath off the den.

The cozy living room is off the dining area. This is a lovely space for conversation or reading with comfortable seating, ceiling fan and shelves bursting with books.

Off the living room are two of the home's five bedrooms. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and ceiling fan at the front of the house and a bedroom with a full bed and ceiling fan at the back of the house. The bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with tub/shower.

The home's three other bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has a full bed and ceiling fan, another has one twin bed and ceiling fan and the last has a queen bed and ceiling fan. There is a spacious sitting room with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. This room has a door to the large upper deck with wonderful views of Duck Creek.

Enjoy this home's lovely outdoor spaces including the main back deck with chairs and dining table and the large lawn with gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower.

Amenities include: Enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, cable TV, WiFi and washer/dryer (located in the basement).

Air conditioning: Window air conditioning units in all of the five bedrooms and the TV room (six in total).

Walk to Wellfleet Harbor (less than 1,000 feet to the town pier, 0.3 mi to Mayo Beach) or Wellfleet Center (less than 0.4 mi to Wellfleet Marketplace). Less than 0.2 mi to Mac's Shack for a fantastically fresh seafood dinner! Short drive to all the best of Wellfleet including restaurants, galleries, fresh water ponds, ocean beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, golf and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites. Twenty-five minute drive to Provincetown for more amazing restaurants, galleries, shops and night clubs.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
