Having successfully navigated the world of leasing for both short-term and long-term rentals on various platforms, I possess a comprehensive understanding of the rental market. I also attended college out of state (California) for more than 6 years, so I understand the important of finding a comfortable place to call home when you are renting. I highly value effective communication and try to bring the best hospitality to my role as a landlord. My goal is to provide a comfortable and welcoming living space for tenants while ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process.
Beyond my professional life, I am passionate about cooking. I find joy in cooking and sharing my foods with people.
