I come from Ireland and have been dwelling in Fort Morgan since 2018. This location holds immense value and beauty for me, and our utmost priority is to ensure satisfaction. Should any issues arise, we are readily available nearby to resolve them. My ultimate goal is to provide exceptional service, always striving for perfection in every interaction.
Why they chose this property
As you enter the Rookery 3 Community, you are greeted with a little sailboat and colorful cottages throughout the community. You will be surrounded by Bon Secour National wildlife reserve. Palm trees around the complex. A pool is to the right just as you enter and pass the security stand. This cottage will be over the bridge, turn left and it will be located on the right. A community house and second pool is very close, the pool is behind this house which is the more family friendly pool. Bring floats and chairs if all the seating is gone at the pool but it's highly unlikely unless there is a family reunion going on. Parking is available at the second pool or it's just a short walk from the cottage.
At night you just may hear the frogs sing to you or maybe if you're lucky a baby alligator.

What makes this property unique
Renting golf carts is very common here. Island Cart Rentals or Coastal Cart Rentals are two that easy to work with. A lot of people get around by bike, bring your own or rent from Fort Morgan Beach Rentals. They also offer chairs, tents, kayaks etc.
It is about a 10 min walk to the beach down paths and across the street. There is a public parking or you can park along Cortez Street. Bring your skate-boards or scooters--streets by the beach are nice and smooth. Gulf State park is popular for a bike riding and rentals are available.
