Just south of town, this modern coastal home embodies all Nantucket has to offer. Situated on a private 1/2 acre lot, you can escape the crowds of town yet be moments away from beaches, restaurants, shops, town, bike paths and more. The main house has apx 3400 sf of living space on three levels, with 2 primary suites (one on 1st floor and one on 2nd) with king beds. The two primary bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with double vanities and heated floors. There are 3 additional guest rooms with queen beds (each with a private bathroom). AND a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4).
In addition to the main house, there's a pool cabana, outdoor shower, separate garage (2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara can be made available) and ample off-street parking.
