Great quick stay

We were only in town for a night to see the Savannah Bananas but this property was convenient to the stadium and worked well for our group.

Terrific location for tournament at Jennifer Ross

Super convenient for what we were in town for! Soccer tournament at Jennifer Ross Complex. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Host was very responsive to questions/concerns. House had nice layout with bedrooms separate from living/kitchen area

SSU Graduation

This was my second time staying at the property and the second time was better than the first. We were able to enjoy all of the amenities and the property owner ensured everything we needed was available and was very responsive. Property is located in a very nice neighborhood, short drive to Savannah State, stores and restaurants. Perfect location! Would definitely stay again!

What a nice place!

We were passing thru Georgia and needed a place for me, my wife, and 4 kids. The communication was quick and the host was very accomodating. The house was very spacious and clean and well equipped. Not only would I highly recommend this house, I would love to come back for a longer visit next time.

Savannah State Event

The property was located in a nice quiet location and accessible to stores, restaurants and most of all a short ride to Savannah State University. Nice open floor plan and hose is larger than it looks from the outside. Parking was great and can easily accommodate multiple cars. Overall stay was good! Property owner Patrick was very responsive and accommodating.

Super Bowl in Savannah

Enjoyed watching the Super Bowl and making pizzas in this lovely house. We used the large projector and main TV- both worked great. The beds and sheets were very comfortable and we really enjoyed playing pool and cornhole. Patrick was extremely responsive- assuring we had what we needed to enjoy our stay.

Graduation trip

We enjoyed our time spent in this charming house with all our family members, waiting for our daughter’s graduation day. Driveway was able to accommodate all 4 vehicles. We loved playing pool, table tennis and watching a movie on the outdoor projector. Kitchen was specious and equipped with the every day cooking necessities. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Machine and dryer were excellent for our needs. The most of all I loved that Patrick was very responsive to ALL of my inquiries.

It's in a perfect location, central to everywhere while very quiet with a suburb feel. The oak tress with Spanish moss give a scenic view and perspective as you turn onto the street. The river waterfront view is fantastic!

What makes this property unique

It's one of a kind to the great location near downtown with a private quiet neighborhood by the marsh, the screened in porch with a pool table, ping pong table, and 100 inch projector, or the spacious kitchen and luxury bedding. You cant go wrong.
