The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to stay home and enjoy yourself with a nice dinner with the family. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo and vanity. You will find all the necessary comforts of home inside the unit's delightful interior, including air conditioning, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool and relaxed. Staying entertained will not be a challenge as the flat screen TV comes with a wide variety of cable channels and of course free Wi-Fi! For your convenience, there is in unit washer and dryer as well. We have got you covered with everything you need to have the vacation of a lifetime!

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
