All private guest house 1 bed 1 bath full fridge, washer/dryer, TV wifi, fence yard with patio, toaster oven, hot plates for cooking, microwave, and dishwisher. You could enjoy the beautiful scenery, restaurants, night life, parks, work etc of Sacramento during the day and night than come home to a home away from home where you could sit out on the deck and enjoy coffee, wine, or relax on the deck reading your favorite book. Either way you are sure to have a great peaceful time here. WELCOME TO ALL!!!
