The guest bedroom features a large dressing area with separate sink and cabinetry, en-suite privileges, shower and tub, as well as a large walk-in closet. Large mirrors in dressing area and bathroom.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
Well -appointed and spacious with lots of cupboard space and a pantry. New appliances include a large refrigerator with ice-maker, range with self-cleaning oven, glass top and warming area, dishwasher and over the range microwave oven.

The large open concept peninsula allows the “cook” to enjoy the guests in the living/dining rooms and the amazing water views. There is a nook with high-top stools for casual dining, or for your guests to join you while you prepare food or drinks.

The separate laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen with ample cupboard space.

LIVING AND DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The rooms have been professionally decorated with sophistication, casual elegance and new furnishings throughout. The color scheme is light and bright in shades of soft blue and green and complements the water views that surround you. The top quality sofa and loveseat allow you to curl up as you watch a movie on the new 50" UHD TV with home theater system.

The dining area features a large round table and seating for six. The chandelier creates warmth and ambience as you enjoy your meal. Top quality flatware, dinnerware and linens allow you to create a perfect dining experience.

BAHIA POINTE
Our secure building with interior corridors is a highly sought after address on Isla Del Sol. It is located on the southwest corner of the island and is surrounded by water.

Bahia Pointe features a gorgeous waterside swimming pool with Geothermal heating and hot tub. Guests will enjoy a beautiful new fitness center featuring treadmills and elliptical machines. There is a brand new large flat screen TV and a waterfront terrace where one can enjoy a cold drink after working out.

The building also features a huge media/card room with kitchen facilities, library and a separate billiard/ping pong room.

ISLA DEL SOL
Isla Del Sol is a 340 acre island resort community with lush landscaping, lakes and fountains.

The 18 hole Golf Course and Marina can be enjoyed by Guests during certain times of the year. There is a wonderful Sunday Brunch and Pasta night which is open to the public.

You are minutes from the charming historic village of Pass a Grille with its fishing pier, marina and beachside restaurants. Take a ten minute drive to world famous Fort De Soto Beach and Park renowned for its pristine white sand beaches and wildlife conservation. There is a fabulous outlet mall in Ellenton less than 30 minutes from the condo. There are many great restaurants and bars in the area.

Water sports enthusiasts will have no shortage of activities to choose from such as jet skiing, boat rentals, parasailing, snorkeling and much more.

The Isla community has its own 24 hour security service which is visible about the island and always available by telephone.

The condo had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the wildlife that appeared daily in the waters beneath the balcony in this very peaceful setting. It was a very short drive to beaches and restaurants.

We stayed almost 2 weeks at this very comfortable property. It was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of natural light, a spectacular balcony view of the bay. We have stayed at this property multiple times and highly recommend it. Jay and Kim are very accommodating and address our questions immediately. The view from the condo is magnificent with sightings of pelicans, terns, dolphins (and even an occasional frigate bird) and more are common. Easy access to the beach is a plus. Delightful and amazing views from this condo!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jay and kim’s 8th floor condo. It was true to their pictures ~ spacious, light filled, clean, with an updated kitchen. But the water view was the best feature of all. It was a treat to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunshine and serene views of boga ciega bay.

Excellent condo, beautifully furnished & decorated
We have stayed in this condo before and will be very likely to do so again. The balcony view is lovely, the pool and facilities are very good and the owners take great care of both their guests and the condo itself, which had everything we could possibly need. The location, near to St.Pete Beach is perfect for restaurants and shopping and the nearby beaches of Passe-a-grille and Fort de Soto State park are just great. Altogether a terrific vacation.

Lovely vacation
The condo was very nicely furnished and comfortable. The pictures very accurately depict the condo. The pool was lovely and the view from the condo was amazing. The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything anyone could possibly need, all of which was of high quality. Views from the balcony were outstanding providing an opportunity to see manatees, dolphins, and numerous sea-birds in their natural environment. My wife took advantage of the very well equipped fitness center of the second floor and we both used the library on the third floor. The grounds throughout Isla del Sol are tended carefully and the development is beautifully landscaped making for enjoyable morning and anytime walks. The swimming pool area is well set up with plenty of room for owners/guests. There was one minor issue to which the owners responded quickly and effectively thus ensuring a trouble-free vacation. If privacy is important, be assured that you will not be disturbed other than by the occasional cries of sea-birds. We were somewhat disappointed that there is no place to barbecue—for obvious reasons not in the condo but neither near the pool area nor any other venue. As well, for those who prefer the beach option, it is accessible with a five to ten minute drive to lovely beaches. The residents, whether living there or vacationing are very friendly and most welcomingl. My wife and I would, without reservation recommend this condo very highly as a desired vacation destination.

This was a great vacation. The unit was impeccable-clean and in top notch condition. All possible furnishing and equipment details present and organized so they're easy to find. Private covered parking, panoramic views of Bay, bridges and adjacent properties. Wonderful wildlife including dolphins, pelicans ,egrets etc. Pool and exercise areas convenient and immaculate. Beaches, restaurants, St Pete all within short drive easy reach. Can,t go wrong with this rental for relaxation, beauty , and convenience. Owners are remarkably attentive to detail, and are friendly, helpful folks--second time we've stayed in one of their units, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again- we recommend with no reservations

Exactly what we hoped for.
My partner and I spent a vacation in another property owned by the same couple who own Unit 807 and although we were initially disappointed that the other place was booked, we were very pleasantly surprised to find that the same amount of effort and attention to detail had gone into this unit. It was clean, well equipped and as comfortable as our own home. We hope to return again next year.

Beautiful condo with everything you need!
We stayed at this wonderful condo for over 3 months, while shopping for a new home in the area. Kim and Jay had everything in the unit that we needed for our long stay. The view is amazing and we saw all kinds of birds and dolphins every day. All the neighbors were very friendly and the pool convenient and fun. Internet and cable were fast and reliable. Parking is covered and convenient. There is a very extensive exercise room with any kind of equipment you could want. It's a short drive to downtown St. Pete and the beaches on the Gulf and there are so many things to do in the area. We would recommend this condo for an excellent vacation spot. Thanks to Kim and Jay for their hospitality.

We'll be back!
My fiance and I spent 5 nights at this beautiful condo and we could not have asked for a more comfortable, more relaxing or more enjoyable stay. The condo was immaculate and very well organized - we had everything we needed to cook our meals at home - but we also ventured out to some amazing nearby restaurants based on recommendations Kim and Jay had provided for us in their condo binder. We spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the view, the sunsets, and the dolphins! The pool was clean and very well kept, not too busy either. We felt very much at home at the condo and we would go back in a heartbeat... hopefully for longer next time!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have been vacationing in the St. Pete Beach area for the past 30 years. We have fond memories of many family vacations. Our children have grown to love this place as much as we do. We have spent many hours walking along the beach. There is something so soothing and relaxing about being next to the water and enjoying the sound of the gentle waves. Our plan is to continue to vacation here when possible while offering our condo to you as a vacation rental. We have decorated our unit with pride, while always considering your comfort and enjoyment too.

What makes this property unique

There are many things that we love about the St. Pete Beach area. We want to share just a few of them with you. First of all, the climate is terrific year round. The atmosphere is friendly and laid back. The beaches are some of the best anywhere. We love to walk and have found that the beaches here are wide and long and allow for us to walk or jog comfortably. There are many restaurants nearby which offer good food, reasonable prices and wonderful water views. We love Pass-a-Grille. It is a sleepy little historic part of St. Pete beach with a Key West feel without the crowds. It is just a couple of minutes from our condo. There is a wonderful promenade along the water. The sunsets are ceremoniously celebrated each evening with the ringing of the bell. This takes place on the beach at the Paradise Grill where we have enjoyed the live music on Friday nights. The list goes on. We’re sure you will enjoy your stay here and will want to return year after year. Welcome!
