Stay Away from This VRBO Booking Group - Zero Customer Service
While the property itself was not the issue, the booking process and management of this reservation were an absolute nightmare. The entire system was convoluted and layered with unnecessary complexity, clearly designed to make things difficult for the customer. At the end of the day, it felt like nothing more than a blatant money grab.When we had to cancel due to weather—a situation completely out of our control—the property was sympathetic and understanding. Unfortunately, the booking group's communication was abysmal. Their correspondence lacked professionalism, with email addresses that were vague and unidentifiable (e.g., Xxxxxx@xxxxxx.com). Even worse, they didn’t include working phone numbers, making it nearly impossible to reach someone for assistance.The lack of customer service was shocking. This group operates with no regard for the traveler’s experience, and their unprofessionalism is astounding. Dealing with them left a bad taste in my mouth and has ruined my trust in this booking process.If you're considering this group, I strongly advise you to think twice. There are plenty of professional and transparent booking options out there—this one is NOT it. Save yourself the frustration and avoid them at all costs.
