The entire accommodation is available to travelers. It is located on the mountainside in a wooded area overlooking the lake, wild and protected as a wetland, on the other side of the street. Note that the lake is not known to be swimmable because it is too muddy on the shores and too much algae grows in the deeper areas. In addition, its level fluctuates according to rainfall. On the other hand, this lake is very pleasant to contemplate because recognized for its plant, bird and aquatic fauna. You can go swimming at Lac Rond beach in Sainte-Adèle, 12 minutes away by car.

Located halfway between the charming villages of Sainte-Adèle and Val-David (10 min. approx.), you will be spoiled for choice for a multitude of activities. For the winter season, you can choose between alpine skiing (7 min), snowshoeing or cross-country skiing (at the door), skating, sliding or the spa (private) and for the summer season, between hiking hiking, biking or mountain biking, climbing, the beach at Lac Rond de Sainte-Adèle (12 min.), golf (10 min.), canoeing, horseback riding, etc... and in all time the Pine cinema with the most popular films of the hour in addition to a vast choice of restaurants and bars in the area.

This magnificent chalet can accommodate up to 11 people (price depending on the number of people) with bunk beds (2 Queen) and a single mattress available in the family room on the ground floor. Complete bedding and towels for showers are provided. There is a 55'' HD television with a CD-DVD player and a second 32'' HD television in the garden level living room. You have access to multiple TV stations and wireless internet. There is also a washer/dryer and a dishwasher at your disposal in addition to all the usual accessories in a kitchen.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a powder room, 2 gas fireplaces and a private outdoor spa that can be used year-round.

It is necessary to have a car to circulate in the sector and to go to the chalet.

CAMERAS: For security reasons, surveillance cameras are installed outside for most of our chalets. We have a camera outside that targets the entrance and parking lot only. This is mainly for thieves, as well as to check the number of cars or people to avoid parties! Rest assured that the facilities do not infringe on privacy. Collected images are retained for 90 days only, except in certain special circumstances.

Complete bedding is provided as well as towels for the showers.

The kitchen is very well equipped. You will find, among other things, an espresso coffee machine, a coffee grinder, a food processor as well as equipment for the fondue (gas) in addition to all the usual accessories in a kitchen. In general, some basic elements are there such as: sugar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filter, cellophane paper and aluminum foil, vegetable oil, etc...

There are two televisions, one 55'' HD and one 32" as well as a cd/dvd player. You have wireless internet access for your laptop if you wish. There is also a washer/dryer, a BBQ and a dishwasher at your disposal.

The spa can be used year round.

Animals: Note that dogs are accepted with restrictions and under certain conditions in this chalet with an additional fee of $75 per dog (2 dogs maximum).
