Experience the breathtaking beauty of the award winning Apple Valley Golf Course from the comfort of Golden Pines. This newly updated 3- bedroom home boasts hardwood floors throughout & serves as the perfect vacation spot. Golden Pines is only a quick 3 minute drive to the lake & other amenities at Rumbling Bald!

The living area features a comfortable seating area, a large flat-screen TV, and cozy fireplace making it the perfect place to unwind! The french doors and large windows allow natural light to pour into the space & guests can take in the gorgeous golf course views. Guests can enjoy a fully furnished back patio and firepit area that make for the perfect outdoor entertainment spaces. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, range, microwave, coffee pot, and a dishwasher! The gorgeous wooden dining table seats 6 guests with additional seating available with the kitchen island. On the main level of the home there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master suite is located just off of the living room and has a king bed. The master bathroom features a his & hers sink, as well as, a walk in shower. The second bedroom is located near the front entryway of the home and has a Queen bed & a walk in shower in the bathroom area. Upstairs, there are two queen beds in the loft area. There is also a full bathroom. The loft area also has a sofa bed. The loft area is a completely open space, making it the perfect place to enjoy board games with friends or to read your favorite book! The laundry room comes fully equipped with a washer, dryer, and folding space!

Great getaway

My family including 3 kids loved our stay! House was clean and comfortable, neighborhood was quiet. Backyard sits right next to golf course. Market near the neighborhood has some grocery/pantry options. We checked in after 5pm so there was some confusion with the security staff but otherwise have no complaints. Be sure to check out the 2 restaurants (Lakeside and Garden) at the resort! We will certainly come back to stay again next time we are in the area.
