This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is centrally located in Sandy Beach with gorgeous view of the water! The house sleeps 14 comfortably with a king sized bed in the master, 2 queens in the second bedroom, and 4 queens in the third bedroom. Bedrooms one and two have ensuite bath, and there is an additional half bath in the hallway. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal as well as both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, crockpot, blender, and griddle. Outside you will find a tiki bar, charcoal barbecue pit, furniture, picnic table, outdoor shower, and hammock. Other amenities include high speed internet, play pen, high chair, and wine cooler.

Pets are NOT allowed at this property due to severe allergies. Pets found on the premises will result in additional cleaning fee and termination of lease agreement. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

The reel nauti was great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Wonderful and relaxing

Staff was great, beach house was clean, the ocean view was awesome and the area was quiet. The floor plan was great! We will definitely visit this house again in the future!
