Very beautiful family- and couple friendly sunny vacation apartment in Torremolinos centrum. The apartment is 115m2 including 38m2 sunny terrace/balcony with marvellous ocean view. Beach and city are both in walking distance. The area near apartment has very many great and lovely dining places and bars/cafes. There is also famous San Miguel shopping street under 5 minutes away (walking).

There are 2 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and big balcony/terrace in apartment.

There are pool for adults, own for children and garden area in apartments outdoor area.

Kitchen includes everything what travellers needs to feel like home. Bedrooms have clean sheets and pillows waiting everytime someone is coming and master bathroom is with tub.

38m2 balcony is sunny from morning to evening, allday long.

If you like sports and activities, there are possibility for example: golf, watersports, bicycling, hiking, gym. You can ask more the owner.

Lovely spanish couple Gerry&Jo will clean the apartment after every rental and will help you what ever your problem is at the house!

Alles gut

Und hat alles sehr gut gefallen, Vorallem die Terrasse und der Pool! Zum Strand muss man nur einwenig laufen (10min) aber der Weg ist sehr schön :) es gibt auch einen Lift zum Strand :) Wir waren sehr zufrieden !

Apartment well equipped very spacious clean balcony superb and spacious. Our only bown fall it is a bit of a hill to climb up. my sister in has a hip problem and my brother had a knee replacement we had to use taxi's. The hill is not mentioned or the railway line that runs very close by.

Lovely balcony with fantastic views towards Mediterranean.Location good short walk to center, beach a bit further. Very nice pools but no sunbeds but owner did supply chairs. Good underground parking. Jerry ( owners rep.) very helpful.

Absolutely amazing place to stay.

Such a fabulous apartment to stay in. Great location in Torremolinos and an easy walk down to the promenade to the marina at Benalmadena. Especially loved the size of the balcony and as described got the sun all day. Not disappointed with anything and hope to come back again. Thankyou Malcolm and Sheila. EXCELLENT STAY

This apartment is excellent. Great layout, fabulous huge balcony, excellent beds and showers, and is located in a very nice block, 5 minutes from the centre, and 10 from the sea. Has all the facilities and amenities anyone needs. Highly recommend it!!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit super Meerblick. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll. Es passt jedes Detail. Zu Fuß ist alles in wenigen Minuten problemlos erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt :-) .

Home away from home

A fantastic, functional and fully equipped apartment. The huge and sunny terrace with amazing view and many sitting and lying spaces is fantastic for a summer holiday. Also 5mins walk from city centre and 10mins from beach. Great communication with the owner

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit einer wundervollen Terasse und einem genau so schönen Blick aufs Meer. Alles in allem waren wir mit unserer Unterkunft rund um zufrieden. Es war alles da, was man brauchte und fehlte an nix.Es waren nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand (zu Fuß). Die Abwicklung mit dem Besitzer erfolgte reibungslos :-)Danke sehr !

Very nice appartment at a good location in Torremolinos

Perfect very well equiped appartment with a beautiful terrace, garden and a larger than expected very clean swimming pool (I guess about 15x6m). Mosts of the time it was almost a private swimming pool. When we arrived at the appartment, Jerry who is taking care of the appartment was already waiting at the entrance to show us the appartment. Everything was foreseen, even some bread and food for the first morning. The appartment is really very well equiped with everything you need. The terrace is very large, allowing you to really live outside if the weather is good. The second bedroom is somewhat smaller, but good enough (and you only need it to sleep) The garden and swimming pool are very nice and clean. Danny & Tanja We can really recommend the appartment. (we stayed with 2 adults and our 2 sons of 19 and 15 end of july 2018)

Perfect apartment with good location in Torremolinos.

Perfect apartment for four people. Very well equipped both in kitchen and otherwise. I haven´t seen a better elsewhere. A beautiful view from balcony out towards the sea. The location is almost perfect for a walk to the beach nearby. However you have to walk up and down a lot of staircases but it´s a shortcut from the house and will take about 10 min and then you are in the middle of restaurants and shopping. If I come back to Torremolinos I really want to stay in this apartment./ Janne N

Even better than expected

As a retired Swiss couple we spent 2 weeks in this extremely well equipped appartement and were totally satisfied. Distances to the center of Torremolinos are as short as others described. Even hiking pathes in the nearby mountains are only a short 15 minutes walk away. The noice of the RENFE-trains passing near the building was not disturbing. Generally it was a quiet building and we slept very well. We probably come back next winter.

SUCCESSFUL HOLIDAY AND BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT

Our holiday in this apartment was perfect. It was easy to discuss with owner (Antti). He was very helpful. The apartment was homeless and stylish, even better than in pictures. It was very well cleaned and tableware, bedclothes, towels etc. were beautiful. The balcony was large with beautiful view and the sun was shining whole day. The garden with large pool was marvelous. The location of apartment was perfect, few minutes walk everywhere. We will come back as soon as possible!

Perfect & relaxing vacation

We stay for 10 days in the appartement together with our twins daughters they are 14 years Old and had a great vacation with a Nice room for them together we Also had a great stay in the appartement it has a big balcony with a vieuw to sea it is spotless and fully equipped the beach is close and the center of torremolinos benalmadena en carihuela is easy to walk We had a good communication with the owner and with jerry he takes care of the appartement and welcome us at the appartement If we go back to torremolinos we hope to stay again here we really enjoyed our holiday in this appartement en the area
