Prefer no pets but possible open to smaller dogs
No Smoking indoors, small dogs may be considered with non refundable pet deposit.
Rates do fluctuate with season. Will allow 1 month minimum rental, please call for rates.
Owner pays all utilities including weekly pool service. Free wifi,

Check in time 3pm, check out 11 am
Guest must be 25 yrs old.
No Smoking indoors - this includes no cigarettes, no mar-iguana, and no vape pens. $1000.- Fee charged to guest if there is visual and or smell of smoke found upon checkout or smoke detected in home.
No parties.
Small dog may be considered up to 40 pounds with a $300 non refundable pet deposit and pickup after pets. ( If you leave any pet poo will hold $200 from deposit)

Pool heating is additional cost. Contingent on weather and ambient temperatures.

There is a hot tub gas bill allowance. Above that allowance is the renters responsibility.

Will provide two garage door openers, two gate openers, two sets of keys, two key fobs
Will require a signed rental agreement and valid ID.
