This is a beautiful and tranquil setting that I guarantee you will enjoy!
It is not uncommon to see coyotes and javelina from the back patio roaming the surrounding desert
The house is located in a gated community. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.
The house is at the end of a cul de sac, only one house borders the property.
