With plenty of shady nooks, beautiful stretches of sun-soaked beach, and lots of fun to go around, Seagrove is the perfect beach community for families looking for a laid back, yet luxurious vibe. Keepin' it Reel is a new construction completed in 2023 and every inch is outfitted with comfort & quality in mind…elegant furnishings, exquisite lighting, & unique beach chic home decor. Every detail was considered and no expense was spared!

The first floor features a living area filled with natural light courtesy of vaulted ceilings. A modern gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances and is adjacent to a large dining area. This floor also hosts the perfect coffee/wet bar combo for the ultimate morning brew, afternoon pick-me-up, or after-hours nightcap! One of two gorgeous master suites is easily accessible downstairs. Ascend to the second level to discover another master suite, complete with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a luxurious spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two queen beds and a bedroom with two twin beds. Both are spacious and welcoming, with private baths. And out back, the fun really begins! Keepin' it Reel offers a beautifully designed outdoor area with a heated pool, hot tub, flat screen TV, furnished sundeck, gas grill, & a covered outdoor dining set for those looking to dine alfresco. Spend lazy evenings on the front or back porch or just float the stress away in the lavish pool and spa (heating for pool and spa upon request for an additional fee). In addition, the backyard is fully fenced for children to play and catch fireflies on a summer evening! The outdoor shower is a lovely added feature to help rinse the sand off before heading inside. The owners provide a golf cart so you can explore all that Seagrove and 30A have to offer.

Nestled in-between Seaside & Watersound, there are a plethora of places to go & things to see…stunning views, amazing food, upscale boutiques, live music, movies under the stars & even a farmer’s market every Saturday. Keepin' it Reel is professionally managed by Sea & Stay 30A & is best rented though our website. Parties, events, smoking, & pets are strictly prohibited. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
