Birch Haus | New Luxury Home w/ Views & Hot Tub
Welcome to one of the most luxurious and beautiful homes in the Mt. Washington Valley. Built in 2022, this 5 bedroom 5 bathroom custom built home comfortably sleeps 14 guests and has entertainment for all ages! Equipped with a full wet bar, poker table, gaming station with 2 Xbox's and plenty of space outside, there is something for everyone. Located in the heart of the White Mountains, our getaway is only minutes from hiking, skiing, tax free outlets, rivers, lakes and N. Conway Village.
We live close by if you need anything at all!
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- NO RENTERS UNDER 25
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
