Long term only (min a month). Cat or small dog (up to 25lb) welcomed. All utilities included except gas and electricity. One car garage space included.

Wonderful Carlsbad condo
The condo was very comfortable and has great views of back country and wildlife preserve. Trail heads just a block a way and range from easy to difficult treks. Very convenient location to all freeways and shopping and dining. Would stay here again. Host is very responsive and friendly.
