Perfect little creek side tiny house cabin for a Polar Express visit in Bryson City. ONLY 5 Minutes from the train station. Wonderful little porch where you can see and hear the train travel through several times a day. This was a girl’s trip and there was plenty of room for the three of us. Did not cook using the stove but used microwave for quick eats. Little coffee maker was great. Compact fridge was perfect for a couple day stay. Heat gets SUPER HOT but feels great with a cracked window. SUPER COMMUNICATION from host!
the cabin needs a deep cleaning. Sheets, blankets. and towels need to be upgraded and cleaned. Most of the light bulbs need to be replaced. The back deck was damaged during the storm and is unsafe. the parking area needs gravel or pavers. we had to walk through mud to ge into the cabin. when we arrived no one was there to let us in the cabin. We had to ask someone to call the owner. After forty five minutes to one hour we finally able to get into the cabin.

Serene but noisy
The property was very clean and had all you needed for a short stay! The tiny houses are extremely close and the road noise is alittle much but it is what you expect from a campground.
This little cabin was perfect for a weekend. The back porch faces the Tuckasegee River and it’s the perfect spot to have your morning coffee. The only complaint I have was that the window AC unit didnt quite cool the bedroom, so fans and leaving the bedroom door were definitely necessary. Other than that, we had a great stay!
Property is cozy for 4 adults. We enjoyed our stay, host was responsive in a timely manner. There was a mama and 2 babies in the birdhouse on the deck, we enjoyed watching them at feeding time.
April 3-6, 2024. My husband and I and our two dogs enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Listening to the ducks and the rolling of the river was just what we needed for a short get away. Easy to get too and very close to Bryson City. Would definitely recommend this cabin by the river. Roy & Debbie Kings Mountain, NC
