First-Class Amenities
Upon approaching “Decked Out” guests are welcomed by a columned veranda and two upper- level balconies that overlook a beautifully landscaped front yard with tropical foliage. The first floor unfolds into a bright, open living, dining, and kitchen area marked by tall ceilings and cream-colored furnishings that create an inviting atmosphere. Relax in the plush wraparound couches centered around a large flatscreen TV or enjoy a meal at the rustic plank-topped table beside the quartz entertainment island. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry, perfect for preparing family feasts. Just outside, an extensive outdoor kitchen next to the pool includes a large gas grill, wet bar, and another flatscreen TV for ultimate entertainment.

The home’s eight bedrooms are each thoughtfully furnished with stylish, white-washed decor and flatscreen TVs for nighttime viewing pleasure. On the first floor, two king bedrooms feature luxury ensuite baths. The second floor offers four more bedrooms, three with king beds and one with two queen bunk beds, each boasting private ensuite bathrooms and balcony access overlooking the pool. The third floor enhances living space with a game room and two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and another bunk room with two queen beds, both offering ensuite baths and balcony access.
