Recently renovated and taken over, this bright and clear loft-style flat is a real summer treat. Large Roman windows facing south, situated right by the residents' 25 meter pool, with another, cosy 45 sqm chill-out pool under coconut palms for the relaxed ones.

The 100 meters walk down to our naturally protected bay by our private road is already a treat for the soul, while the bay offers crystal clear waters, an abundant marine life, and amazing ancient underwater ruins.
