What makes this property unique
Serene and cozy basement apartment in the heart of one of Cincinnati's best historic neighborhoods. Housed in a historic Cincinnati area Tutor home. Guests have a private entrance and access to the entire basement except garage (emergency exit only) and fenced backyard. The space is on a quiet, safe street minutes from multiple main highways, and within walking distance of the park and entertainment district.
We do also live in the house so you may hear us moving around or talking.
This is a pet friendly rental and despite regular cleaning, it's impossible to remove all pet dander so it's not recommended for those with severe allergies.
