Pros - Condo was clean, spacious, washer and dryer in unit worked well, large refrigerator with ice maker, nice kitchen, large balcony with plenty of seating for 5, parking was easy and close to condo for a handicap spot and then the one garage spot, host was communicative when I reached out before we arrived. The beach and pool just a few steps away from the condo and this unit specifically.
Cons - We cook as well as go out to eat. The unit needs pots. It only has one. There needs to be a fan on the ceiling for the balcony because any breeze is blocked by the layout of the building so it was always so hot you couldn’t truly enjoy the balcony. The primary bathroom sinks don’t drain well. All of those were small cons. The two biggest cons were the couch that made out to a bed. We had an adult that needed that bed for the week and it was so uncomfortable we had to go buy a good self air blow up mattress instead for them to sleep on. The couch and loveseat themselves are no longer comfortable and worn out.
Overall, this is a really good unit. If they get new living room furniture, we would stay again because it would be great.
