We are David and Shawn Taylor. We live in Asheville NC and have been hosting Short Term Rentals since 2016. We own this home in savannah with one of our good friends Brandon Horne. We use this home as our own vacation spot when traveling to Savannah which we do often to spend time with family and friends. We have found this location to be perfect for what we love experiencing while in town.

The Starland District between the Historic District and Ardsley Park was a forgotten area in Savannah for decades but has recently seen revitalization. It has become the place to be for those looking to enjoy the best food and drinks that Savannah has to offer. There are a laundry list of bars, restaurants, breweries, bakeries & delis all within a quarter mile of our spot. In addition you will find art studios, vinyl shops and music venues all walkable via sidewalks. It is important to know that this area is in the process of being revitalized. If you are not into artsy diverse neighborhoods this may not be the spot for you. Other things to note, there is a train that runs through the middle of Savannah and the Starland District. It has a variable schedule. In this area and the rest of Savannah you may see individuals experiencing homelessness. We personally stay at this home when visiting Savannah and have equipped the space to reflect our vacations standards. This area is perfect for younger groups looking for nightlife and walkable areas of interest.

Our location is perfectly located in the middle of the Starland District. You will be only steps away from where the Savannah locals choose to spend there time. This is not the Historic District which has a much more touristy vibe. This is where the newer hip businesses are moving. Think Food Truck lots, cocktail bars, breweries, coffee shops and the most sought after new restaurants.
