Perfect young family stand alone home available in Beach Haven Gardens. It is one house off the ocean, positioned between 2 ocean fronts. It has a fenced in yard with firepit and lots of seating. The outdoor area is large enough to play out door games. It has 4 bedrooms (3 king sized beds, 1 queen size), one bathroom with indoor shower, one outdoor shower with dressing area and a storage area with beach chairs, umbrella, etc.. It has 2 Decks-lower deck has large table for outside eating and grill. The upper deck has a beautiful view of the ocean & sunsets on the bay. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The driveway can fit 3 cars.
Within 2 min. walking distance of 5 fabulous restaurants, fresh home made donuts & bagels, Wawa's and ice cream parlor.
Everything will be provided, however, if you use something up, please replace it. Sheets & Pillow cases will be provided folded at bottom of each bed. If you use, must be washed, dried, folded & placed back on bed.

About the host

We have owned the property for 42 years. Raising our three children we had to rent the property and used it year round when it wasn't rental season. With our busy lives, now, we are only renting 4 weeks out of the summer,. because we intend to be there the rest of the time. Being first to the ocean, we walk out our driveway and onto the beach. It's so convenient for lugging chairs, canopies and essentials for the day. This is the first time renting in 25 years and are hoping the families renting learn to love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Being able to walk to wonderful restaurants, ice cream parlor, bagel shop and Wawa for lunches is so convenient. We also have wonderful neighbors. Most of them are owners and do not rent, so it is a very quiet area at night, perfect for a family with young children.

What makes this property unique

The location is ideal and the size and simplicity of a turn key vacation is hard to beat. The large, totally fenced in area is perfect for young children and your own privacy. You will find our property neat and clean and we are expecting people to return it in the same condition as they found it.
