Welcome to Lazy Daze, a luxurious 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom lakefront home designed with modern, upscale features that cater to families and groups, located inside Branson Cove on the stunning Table Rock Lake. With the capacity to sleep up to 20 guests and accessible features to accommodate any guest, this home is the perfect retreat for creating unforgettable memories! Step into the large open-concept great room of Lazy Daze, featuring a Chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious dining table with additional bar top seating, and a cozy seasonal fireplace. The living area is perfect for relaxation, with a 70" SMART TV, armchairs, and two sleeper sofas. This level provides access to a main level deck, complete with lounging chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a 70" outdoor TV. Two King bedrooms complete this level, both with en-suite bathrooms and large SMART TVs. One of the bathrooms is ADA-compliant, featuring a roll-in shower with grab bars and a shower chair, ensuring everyone can join in the fun.

Built for fun and games, the lower level of Lazy Daze features a second large open great room with a second kitchen area great for storing all the snacks the kids can eat, equipped with a microwave, wet bar, and a second dishwasher. This room also boasts a second fireplace, a large sectional for movie nights, a foosball table, and a poker table for some friendly competition while you watch the big game. Step out onto the lower level patio to find a private hot tub, a 75" outdoor SMART TV, additional outdoor seating, a cornhole set, and a Blackstone grill for searing up the perfect steak! Two more King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & SMART TVs, as well as a third bathroom and laundry room complete this family-friendly level.

The upper level of Lazy Daze houses the last two bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom also offers a private deck with outdoor seating and breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Additionally, a second washer & dryer is located on this level for added convenience during extended stays. If you'd like to bring your furry companions along, please note that 2 small dogs are welcome with prior approval. *Restrictions and an additional fee will apply. Amenities available to our guests include access to an on-site indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool with a waterslide, a children's playground, and a pickleball court! There is a scenic walking path leading to Table Rock Lake, offering breathtaking views and more opportunities to create cherished memories. State Park Marina is just a 3-minute drive away, offering boat rentals, slips for those bringing their own boats, and beautiful hiking trails. We recommend booking your boat rental or slip in advance to secure your spot.
