After lunch walk back to the house and enjoy a late afternoon cocktail while relaxing by the private outdoor heated pool. Enjoy the Vero Beach lifestyle in this 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom in main home and 1-bedroom, full bath, and kitchenette in the Cabana. As you step inside, you are greeted w/ ceramic wood tile, plantation shutters, barn doors, vaulted wood ceiling and wainscoting in the living area creating a cozy beach cottage atmosphere. Custom tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms adds a unique touch. Each bedroom is set up with a smart TV and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of your own home.
This vacation home is equipped with everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella and towels. All you need to bring is your bathing suit.

Perfect Location

You will love the location as it is close to town and close to the beach. The pool offers a lovely alternative to the beach and the outdoor living space is comfortable and easy. The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful.

Great House in Downtown Vero Beach

My husband, myself and our 4 children stayed in this house for a week. It's in a great location - short walk to the beach and many restaurants and stores. The house was clean and had everything we needed - beach towels, beach chairs, cooking utensils, a grill etc. My kids loved swimming in the pool after a day at the beach. The host was very prompt in her replies. We would stay here again.

A walk to everything

Lovely property with great amenities for a rental! My 18 and 22 yr old sons loved it bc of location, as did we... and the salt water pool was terrific! Highly recommend for families! And we will return for sure!👍👍

Perfection!

This house fit our needs perfectly. The location and comfort of the house made our trip so relaxing. It is walkable to our favorite restaurants and shops along Ocean Drive. We have stayed at the south end of Vero before and I do prefer that area of the beach but I would choose this house and location again.

My favorite home away from home!

The home is nestled under a canopy of trees. in a safe, quiet neighborhood and the location is within a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and boutiques. The layout of the home is perfect for families with children or friends traveling together. The beds, bedding and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and barbecue. The home is recently remodeled and very well maintained…absolutely beautiful! The swimming pool was wonderful.

Wonderful visit at Vero Beach

The listing pictures and description on VRBO do not do this property justice. There were a lot of amenities that were never listed or mentioned in the property description. The heated pool was really great. The large garage was very nice and useful. There was a brand new Weber gas grill and the host bought two new lounge chairs for us while we were there. The kitchen was very modern and all the cookware and utensils were like new. There are four smart tv's. The beds were very comfortable, But best of all is the location of the home. The street and neighborhood were extremely quiet with almost no traffic. It was only a 10 minute walk the beach and about a mile to the Riverside park. We enjoyed our stay so much, we added four extra days to our stay.
