“Sanctuary House at Orange Beach” the epitome of what a vacation house should be. This is your romantic or memorable beach escape vacation house. Perfect for a couple, or 2 or 3 couples, girls getaway, or some folks wanting to fish! Fairly new on the rental market!! Minutes to the beach, less than minutes to the bay!! Every single chair, couch, pillow case, mattress, sheet, appliance is chosen with you in mind. The decor is comfy coastal with a beachy elegance. Custom upholstered furniture and fixtures with loads of lovely home accents. It has parking for your vehicles and your boat. The house is 1500 sq ft, solid wood floors, casual and formal dining areas, a breakfast/cocktail bar with stools, 3 nice bedrooms, the master suite has an ensuite bath. Linens and towels are luxurious, with 400 min thread count on sheets. All bedrooms have one queen size bed each, a dresser, plenty of closet space and hangers (I cant stand when we've rented houses and there aren't any hangers) and luggage racks for your convenience. Both bathrooms have showers, no tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, entertain, and relax. There is also serve and barware, for inside and outside by your private pool, provided for your use. A new washer and dryer for your convenience. We have a BRAND NEW large Charbroil gas grill in the pool/patio area, tons of tables and chairs, sun or shade, for easy afternoons by your pool or just chillin. We have provided pool towels in Master bath for your use. The pool is huge, sparkling, private, and perfect for floating around and enjoying your vacation! We have an awesome giant outdoor shower that is privacy fenced with a rain shower head, you may never shower inside again! There are several great waterfront bars and restaurants within walking/ biking distance... So bring your bikes! Marinas and boat launches are plentiful and several are less than a mile from your house. For those of you who need a movie there is a 46 inch flat screen in the living room with an extended cable package that includes movie and music channels. Free Wi-Fi is provided for you also. Jennifer was the most amazing host! She has thought of everything you may need while away from home. I can not express enough how beautiful this home is. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and so clean!! Very short drive to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Enjoy a day at the beach and come back to private family time ! Wonderful week!
Can't say enough great things about our stay. House was perfect, nice quiet location away from it all but close when you want to be. The pool was amazing- so clean and fun for us all, super comfy beds & great amenities all around- Jennifer has really thought of everything- and she is so attentive to any questions and even just checks in to make sure you're all doing well once you arrive. She also had really great recommendations of restaurants, places to shop, etc. We absolutely loved it and would be back again. Thanks for the great memories!

Great away.
A great way to get away without everyone else being in the way! We were very happy with the property. The house was nestled among the trees on a quite roadway near the end of the island. Neighbors around provided a sense a security. The property was an easy drive to the main beach road, the public beach (which was clean and plentiful), the nature park, grocery and retail stores and several restaurants. The property was as advertised. A cozy beach retreat with all the necessities. A big reason that we booked this property was the private pool as we were nervous to be around too many people during the pandemic. And the pool was not to disappoint. Large, clean, in-ground with a proper deep-end, concrete around and a picnic shelter just off the pool steps made for a great retreat for lunch without ever leaving the poolside. Poolside radio, bug spray (wasn't needed), pool toys, a large fan and an outdoor shower were all nice features. Jennifer and Ken were very friendly and could not have been more gracious to host us. We really appreciate the opportunity to get away and the stay.

Beautiful home and great location! Close to lots of restaurants, shops and the beach. Pool was great! Jennifer was fantastic to work with, any concerns, questions or issues she was fast to respond. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to Relax
What a wonderful place! We stayed over the 4th of July for my birthday week with our two girls and one of my daughter's friends and her mom. It is so nice to have space and the pool is REALLY NICE! The only down side would be if you are hoping to go to the beach you do need to drive and go to a public beach. And there are a couple of places you could walk to eat but most of them you would also want to drive. We were happy to have a quiet place. Jennifer is probably one of the nicest people in the world! We had a little trouble getting in but even though she was out on her boat she still made sure we got in. I would note if you like it really cold to sleep in the hot humid summer it does not get much below 72 in the house. Totally fine for the day but at night I did have to turn on a fan, but I am someone that keeps my house at 68 all year. All in all great vacation, love working with Jennifer and know you will too!!

Best get away!
This home was perfect for our family! Away from the crowds, your own private and very large pool, a backyard and patio area that was our gathering spot 80% of the time. We cooked on the grill every single night and had no worries about being in crowds which very much put our minds at ease. Jennifer was the perfect communicator from the 1st inquiry regarding the property until the very end and made sure our stay was perfect. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend this property to everyone!!

We took our first family vacation here, and it was nothing short of perfect. It felt like we were home the minute we walked in. The beds were so comfortable, and the room sizes were fantastic. The provided luggage racks were so helpful and added a nice touch. The home is equipped with anything you need. The location of the home is perfect. You are away from crowds and the hustle and bustle — but close enough to everything with a no longer than a 5 minute drive. The owners were so helpful and friendly with recommendations for shopping and food. We will definitely be back.

Best vacation ever!!!
We had an awesome time. This home was everything it advertised. Easily accommodated the 6 of us, very clean and beautifully decorated. It was equipped with everything you would need. The large private pool was the best, spent a lot of time there. The outside shower was a treat as well. The house is in a quite area but close to everything; short drive to beach, shopping and plenty of restaurants. Jennifer was very helpful and provided a lot of useful information about the area and responded quickly to any enquiries we had. Thanks for all your personal care and attention. I highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean, included anything we could have wished for (although on the rainy tropical storm days a DVD player would have been great) Loved the pool and the outside shower. Accessible to anything and everything we wanted to go and do and see. We would love to come back again. Flippers was our favorite restaurant; and then Shipp's Harbor Grill was very good too. Loved the Artist Colony and the glass blowing. We would have loved to do the Zip Lining at the Wharf but it was not open for business yet; maybe next trip. Great July 4th Vacation at Sanctuary House!!
The house was perfect for my family's summer vacation this year. The bedrooms are big - especially the master! And we all enjoyed the private pool. We brought our boat and spent most of the days on the water. The house is literally 5 minutes from the public boat launch across from Robinson Island. I hope we get to go back next year. Lovely home.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE & SPARKLING POOL!!!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The sparkling private pool was our favorite part!!!! The owner was very attentive & made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The house is centrally located to all the great restaurants & shops. It's only a few blocks from the beach too. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back!!!!!

Ken and I wanted to create a vacation home that had everything they always searched for in a vacation rental - to be different, not to feel like a a 'rental', have nice furniture, nice bedding, nice linens, and a private pool! Near the water/beach, 3 min drive to white sandy beautiful beaches, near 'local' restaurants/bars, but NOT charge 4 to 5 grand per week!! We didn't need 5 bedrooms and we wanted to bring our boat. We wanted to be able to park right in front of our front door, not haul everything through hallways after searching for one of three luggage carts, only to load everything on slow moving elevators waiting on 100 other vacationers. Sometimes we go out to the wharf or another spot , and have a great dinner, some nights we like to grill out a steak and enjoy a bottle of wine poolside. We love Orange Beach, and we are so proud of how Sanctuary House has turned out , we love it and can really relax there - we hope you love it too. It is our goal to have consistent return customers for years to come.

Giant Private Pool, close to everything ... away from the crowds, elevators, and busy busy condos! Has its own covered grilling area with table and chairs, lounge chairs, gas grill.... all poolside. There is a huge enclosed outdoor shower with a rain shower head, body wash provided... you are going to love this shower!! Very private and secluded but still close to everything.
