The Sun House is our freshly renovated 3 bedroom family home located 1min drive into town and is just a short walk to the beach and cafes via the nearby access track. Enjoy the popular Tay Street Cafe, Mount Maunganui town life, the beautiful beach and islands.

Tastefully furnished with quality linen and a new fully equipped kitchen, our home will comfortably sleep 6 people with a king, queen and bunk beds.
Our home is light and breezy, with cosy bedrooms and cool wooden floors.

It’s a bright and sunny home with a big deck and outdoor dining and bbq. It’s on a quiet street with covered parking and has everything you’ll need for a beautiful holiday.
