Getting Around:
Nestled near Downtown Dallas, Trinity Home offers swift access to convenient Uber/Lyft rides, typically costing around $10. As Dallas is a car-centric city, utilizing ride-sharing apps like Uber or Lyft is ideal for hassle-free exploration. With our strategic location, you can easily Uber to various destinations affordably. Should you desire more independence, consider renting a car to fully uncover the city's treasures.

Other Things to Note:
No parties are allowed. If you plan to have more than the number of the guest listed in the reservation at the property please verify before booking. No more than 20 people should be at the property at one time.

Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 21 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

By booking you give permission to verify your identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check (for 28+ day stays).
