Owner's suite featuring a king bed, private bathroom, a large walk-in shower and water closet. Additionally, there is a TV and cable.

The living room offers a comfortable sectional couch with sleeper, a gas fireplace and a large screen TV with cable. The dinning area has seating for 6. There is also laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for guests to use.

This golf getaway offers comfortable outdoor living space with a screened porch sitting area and deck with seating for 7 people. There is also a gas grill for guest's use.

The 2nd floor features:
The 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed and a toddler bed with a wall mounted TV. The 3rd bedroom with 4 twin beds and a TV. These 2 bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom.

This house includes central heating and air conditioning, full size washer/dryer, parking for at least 2 vehicles at the driveway and surrounding street. The garage also comes with beach chairs and sand toys.

To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Additionally, a beach shuttle service that runs throughout the community and takes you to downtown Bethany Beach.

This Bear Trap Dunes home is Non-smoking and 2 Dogs are welcome for a fee! Additionally, sheets and towels will be included with your stay. There is free parking for 2+ vehicles and you must be 25 or older to rent this property.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
