About the host

Our family has lived in the Twin Cities since the early 1980's. We purchased the original lake property in 1998 and lived here during the summers with our children. Then in 2015, we moved out to the lake full-time and purchased the adjacent property. This is where our guest
house is located. We live in a home on the original property which is separated from our guest house by a 300' wide yard. We enjoy, swimming, skiing, fishing, boating, and all winter activities.

Why they chose this property

We are on the very west end of Lake Minnetonka. We love the location because it is much quieter than the rest of the big lake but provides us access to the entire lake.

What makes this property unique

The setting is amazing! Looking out the many windows or sitting on the deck, you have long lake views to the southeast, cattails and lake view to the south and a beautiful, large yard to the east. We are on a quite caul-da-sac with quick access the Highway 7 and 2 minutes from a fantastic grocery store.
