We recently became empty nesters after raising four wonderful kids. We split our time between this wonderful property and our other home in Colorado.
Why they chose this property
Several years ago, we were scheduled to view this 50 acre property because we wanted to get out of the city. Ironically, we watched the movie "The Notebook" the night before we viewed it. When we arrived to this beautiful home with blue shutters and the view of the lake, we knew it was meant to be! We even created a "painting room" upstairs, where you can paint on the balcony with a beautiful view.
