Welcome to the desert! you can walk to bars and restaurants in downtown / 4th ave area. Perfect rental if you are coming to the gem show or any UofA event. You can be there within a 3-5 min drive!!
There is also plenty of public transportation. There is food within walking distance as well.
There is a lot of Lot of outdoor room , fire place when its cold ( BYOfirewood), lots of shade when its hot. Washer and dryer on site. Fully equipped kitchen. Smart tv in each room. Iron, hair dryer, sopa, shampoo, consitioner, rice maker, orange juice maker, mini. waffle-maker, air dryer, coffee maker, humidifier, LOTS OF ART!
Enjoy the citrus fruit and the murals indoors! we also have 2 bikes we can rent you but please inquire!
