This property is 10 miles from the strip, 15 miles to the Allegiant Stadium, and only 12 miles to the fashion mall. A spacious home with all the amenities of being home with the luxurious feeling of being away. A host that is reachable and available at all times. The space
There are 5 bedrooms all equipped with a smart TV with access to all streaming sites and high-speed WiFi.
A fully furnished bedroom downstairs and a full bathroom, a sitting room, dining area, a very spacious Den and kitchen are on the 1st floor.
The 2nd floor holds 4 spacious bedrooms, including the master, and 2 full bathrooms. This home can comfortably accommodate 10 guests

Equipped with all the amenities of being at home, but the luxurious feeling of being away.
Three bathrooms with showers and bath, equipped with all of the essentials, including hair dryer, soap, and shampoo.
Our Spacious Den has a smart TV and some board games available.

There are some popular restaurants nearby, but if you want to test your culinary skills, The Kitchen is well equipped with all of the appliances and utensils needed to prepare a gourmet meal.

This home is centrally located near all of the popular attractions, including the Strip, Casinos, Malls/Shopping, and Golfing. 15 miles from The Allegiant Stadium, Restaurants, 7 miles from the Airforce Base and only 15 miles from the Harry Reid Airport.

All guests are required
to wash dishes used and place in the dish washer.

Place all used towels in the laundryroom hamper provided.

Take out all trash and place trash bags in the trash receptacle located on the patio..
Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire home and backyard patio. There is no access to the garage

If you're celebrating a special occasion and need something there upon arrival, feel free to inform me, and I'll assist as much as i can.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are strictly observed to be respectful to all neighbors.

There are cameras at the entrance (front doorl) and the backyard for your safety and the safety of the home.

Missing or damaged items in the home and property, or any evidence of willful neglect loss or damages to the home furniture, decor, landscaping, towels Linen or other items there will be a charge for repair or replacements of such items up to $250

Please do not use towels or Linen to remove makeup or for anything that will and can cause damage to these items. there will be a replacement fee added up to $250
