Ocean view apartment. 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Completely furnished. Second floor. Secure gated site, washer/dryer. dishwasher, AC, queen bed, new linens and towels, on site parking, beautiful deck with ocean views, very light, sunny. Private entrance and private large deck. Property i s fenced with a wooden fence about six feet high. There is a bedroom/ living and kitchen area. And a new bathroom. .An ocean breeze most of the day. Temperatures rarely get above 75 degrees. Easy access to the beach which is just over a mile away. The deck is safe for dogs. Just on the market. Security cameras are limited to only public areas. One block to the Ryan YMCA....Two blocks to a fenced dog park at Dusty Rhoades Park, one block to the Barnes Tennis Center. One block to the Famous Slough nature center
