The neighborhood is upscale Nairobi and safe to walk. The property is centralized and close in walking distance to Restaurants, bars and supermarket. 15min to CBD and other other neighborhoods hosting embassies and non profit organizations
What makes this property unique
Because i am an interior architect, I have upgraded my condo that sits on the 12th floor. It has an indoor swing, wall to wall carpets and room darkening drapery. It also has huge mirrors giving it a cozy feel
