Absolutely amazing! 10 stars of fabulous! Super clean! Friendly hosts! Excellent location for local event. Comfy furniture & beds! We got to see wildlife roaming and the view is just incredible! We are booked for next visit!
This was our second time staying here. This time we brought our son with us who was home from college. If you're looking for a cabin near the heart of the city this isn't it, but if you're looking for a fantastic cabin with an amazing view and absolutely quiet, then this is it. The hosts are proactive and very responsive to communications. The cabin is by far one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed and is equipped with anything you may need for your stay. Be sure to check out the great small towns nearby.
Jim and Kristine your place is so tastefully appointed and convenient to the town of Granville. We also enjoyed Wildwood Marina while we were there. We took advantage of your million dollar view often. I highly recommend this place!
The property management was quick to any issues, which were none. Fantastic, peaceful, and serene place to vacation. Theres also a cute "walk back in time " Mayberry town right in Granville. So many things brought back childhood memories.
Our visit was only 2 nights for a family reunion in the area. However, i would love to stay here for a longer, more relaxing stay. The house is very clean and the accommodations are... well... just that, very accommodating. The view is spectacular, the wildlife is wonderful, and the area is quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing.
We knew this house would have a great view, but did not expect the high-end furnishings. When we walked in it smelled like a brand new house. It is very clean and you will have everything that you need. We slept very well in the luxurious pillows and blankets on the beds. You will not be sorry if you rent this house. We felt so peaceful just sitting outside on the porch, there was no sounds but nature. I am half afraid to write this glowing review because it will not be available the next time we want to rent it.
The cabin is beautiful and so well furnished! We especially appreciated the deck and the awesome view. We spent a good bit of time sitting outside, making use of the comfortable deck furniture, even the fire table on our last night, which was cool! The kitchen was very well appointed with nice appliances and cooking tools/dishes. You’ll want to take food with you on the way in…we did and were glad not to have to trek out to the store often. Bedding and towels in the cabin are nice, and the interior furniture is great for relaxing. The cabin is what we’d call a bit remote, but in a good way! The quiet is worth a bit of planning for your outings or grocery needs. Our only suggestion might be a ceiling fan in the bedroom, simply because that’s what helps us sleep well at home. But this place is beautiful, and the host was awesome.
