Lori and I have lived in Santa Fe for 30+ years. We both moved here from the east coast, met, fell in love and got married, and had 3 kids. We love Santa Fe and all that it has to offer. Lori is a Certified Nurse Midwife and provides primary care at Mountain Spirit and Chris is a full time Associate Broker with Sotheby's International Realty.
Why they chose this property
South Capital is a desirable neighborhood just south of downtown, and is often the choice for people moving to Santa Fe for the first time. It offers easy access to all the restaurants and shops in the downtown area, and is full of classic Santa Fe style adobe homes. WE were lucky enough to buy this property from a dear friend, and we intend on moving into it full time when we're ready to downsize.
