Come and enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom piece of joy. Located in the highly desired Barefoot Resort community. Enjoy the three golf courses, two swimming pools and you are 1.5 miles from the beach! Shopping and restaurants in each direction. Something fun for everyone. Pool located right outside ...about 20 steps away! Fenced in for safety. This golfing community has a lot to offer! This condo is located on the second floor of the building (no elevator).
This condo has a nice open concept layout, which is so nice for families who want to spread out! There's a cool shaded balcony with seating, too. Enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer in unit, as well as a well-stocked full kitchen, in case you want to eat-in! Plenty of seating at the dinner table- not only for meals, but game night, too! The location is ideal for golfers and beach-lovers alike! You will find walking trails with park benches along the way, entertainment near-by, and easy access to the pool!
We are now accepting small dogs- but no dangerous breeds, and they must be house broken. Pet fee for up to 2 small dogs (under 20lbs) must be paid upon booking.
