House has 4 beach towels 4 beach chairs 2 coolers - kitchen has everything you need - location is perfect - community pool not crowded at all - only complaints are the shower is VERY small and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Parking was not an issue ever. Outside upstairs patio is spacious and great for hanging out playing games etc. Murphy bed was comfortable and had a privacy curtain. Great place to stay close to downtown across Bay

I am an avid review reader prior to selecting all aspects of my vacation. So I was a bit hesitant to choose this property since there were no reviews. My concerns were instantly pacified as soon as we arrived at Fiesta. When we pulled up to Fiesta we found a well manicured property with plenty of parking spaces and lush manicured gardens. So many delightful amenities: a keypad entry well air-conditioned (2 mini splits-1 in bedroom, 1 in living area) fresh flower arrangements in unit high ceilings ceiling fans in bedroom, kitchen, & living area magnificent veranda- beautiful view all day, perfect sunset view 2 ceiling fans truly an additional living space-we left the murphy bed open the whole time and just used the veranda as our living space. cushioned rattan love seat, 2 padded chaise lounges & dining table a clothes line (w. pins) in corner citronella candles & bug spray abundant dishes/cooking utensils- we cooked extensively & had everything we desired-loved 5 burner gas stove, S&P, Pyrex for storing leftovers, sponges, cloth napkin labeled light switches firm mattresses, cotton bedspread great water-abundant hot- pressure in shower (small) pool was exactly as pictured, never found it too crowded washing machine ($2.) on honor system-no need for quarters, dryer free! I've run out of characters! Will write on Tripadv (Serendip) w. more positives and details
