Step outside onto your private patio and let the enticing aroma from your grill surround you as you soak in the beauty of the Ozarks. If you're looking for fun for the little ones, the nearby indoor pool is the perfect spot. And for more excitement, the outdoor pool with a slide is just steps away from your front door. Up to 2 small dogs are welcome to join you in our vacation home with prior approval and an additional fee. For more information on our pet policy, please inquire.

Amenities available to our guests include access to an on-site indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool with a waterslide, a children's playground, and a pickleball court! There is a scenic walking path leading to Table Rock Lake, offering breathtaking views and more opportunities to create cherished memories. State Park Marina is just a 3-minute drive away, offering boat rentals, slips for those bringing their own boats, and picturesque hiking trails. We recommend booking your boat rental or slip in advance to secure your spot.

Great Home away from Home

Sweet Magnolia was perfect for our family of five. The pool was perfect for hot days and was utilized daily. The kitchen had most of the basics we needed and the beds were comfortable for all. If we are even in the area again we would be happy to stay again!

This space is so perfect!!!! The rooms are so nice and comfortable. Great common space for hanging out. Location is close enough to things to do but still out of town which we like so much! Highly recommend!

Great home

My daughters and I had a great time here. We enjoyed the space. One thing I would caution is this property came up in my search for places with a hot tub which is not included at this property. We were disappointed about that but the house was nice and roomy. The area is very quiet which was wonderful.

Overall good stay

The property was exactly as described and was very clean. My family enjoyed the pickle ball courts to wind down in the evening, however, were disappointed that the pool was out of commission as that was one of the main reasons we chose this place. We will book again and hope everything is on working order.
