Nestled on the far eastern end of Scenic Highway 30A, Rosemary Beach is equal parts charming and architecturally captivating. This pristine beach town offers access to four uniquely styled swimming pools (one of which is heated), nine different private beach access points, eight premier Har-Tru tennis courts, a kid's play area, and a short walk to the town square where you'll find unrivaled boutique shopping and dining options.
Poppy's Cottage is perfectly situated just steps from the fitness center and Sky Pool - Rosemary Beach's only indoor/outdoor lap/family pool. The home is a short 2-minute bike ride or 5-minute walk to the beach.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Entrance to the home's foyer showcases Venetian plaster walls and white travertine stone floors, as well as entryway seating and coat storage. The main level offers incredible gathering spaces - seating at the banquet table for ten, with an additional five dining stools along the kitchen's breakfast bar. The 1st floor living room area is configured with a sofa, two chairs, and a large smart TV equipped with premium cable services. The living/dining area opens out into the home's private courtyard. Along with the home's heated* pool, this outdoor haven comes furnished with lounge chairs and al fresco dining accompanied by the outdoor fireplace.
The home's gourmet kitchen features a built-in refrigerator and freezer, an under counter double-drawer fridge, premium six-burner gas range with griddle, dishwasher, microwave, and a wine cooler.
The first floor bedroom includes a king bed and private en suite with walk-in shower.
The second floor is comprised of three sleeping areas. The spacious master suite is comprised of a king bed, along with a large walk-in closet and private bathroom complete with deep soaking tub and a shower area. Bedroom two includes a king bed with desk space, and access to the home's jack-and-jill bathroom that connects to the home's hallway bunks. The second floor offers a laundry room as well as a separate living space with a large sectional and the home's largest smart TV.
The third floor loft area is a great hideaway for an additional four guests, featuring three custom XL twin "swing" beds and a twin trundle, along with a private bathroom.
*Pool heating available for an additional $50/day fee.

The home provides six brand-new beach cruisers for guest use, a small selection of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, beach games, a beach wagon, etc.), towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils, roadside parking (with garage parking for one vehicle.

NOTE:
This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any direct or consequential damages.
The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.
Please park in the home's off-street parking where possible. Guests shall be issued (2) two temporary parking permits/hangtags, which must be displayed and clearly visible at all times when parked on the street close to the home. Permits/hang tags are not required if your vehicle is parked in the garage.
Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.
Your stay will include four RFID amenity passes, which provide access to Rosemary Beach's various community amenities. These passes must remain with the home. Any lost passes will result in a $50 replacement fee per lost pass.
Trash must be bagged and placed inside roller trash cans with the lid fully closed.
Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposes fines on guests found to be doing so.
