Additional Details:
While this is a king master bedroom with ensuite in our home, guests will not share space with homeowner as they have private patio entrance with lock and key access. This space includes linens, shampoo/conditioner, handsoap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. We also offer guests beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler to make the most of their stay in TC. Please note our dog Yzie is on the property and may bark when greeting you. She is friendly and fun!

We live on site and also rent our larger unit, Bay Town Suite year round, so you should expect additional guests on the property. A guest book included in the room offers many suggestions, tips, and directions to all the area has to offer, but we are always available via text, call or chat to make sure you have the best experience possible while on vacation.

We have safe, secure parking in our private alley lot. Our neighborhood is a beautiful walk through unique homes, large trees, and quaint parks and stunning beaches.

We are in the heart of Traverse City on historic Washington Street. Just a short 20 minute walk takes you to all the shops and restaurants Traverse City has to offer. We are just 2 blocks to the beautiful Grand Traverse Bay, Bryant park beach. Grab your complimentary beach gear and put your toes in the sand in minutes.
