This renovated home is only a half-mile from Stewart Beach and within walking distance of Lindale Park, the UTMB Health campus, and Galveston Channel boat ramps and charter services. The Historic Strand is just over a mile away.

The home's single-level interior is fully updated for complete modern comfort and convenience. The fully enclosed backyard welcomes all-day outdoor leisure with a shady oak tree, attractive landscaping, a furnished patio, a gas grill, and ambient string lights. There's even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after trips to the beach. Happy hours can be spent in the game parlor equipped with a dartboard and a smart TV, while plush sofas and a smart TV in the living room offer a lazier change of pace. A beautiful backsplash, sparkling stainless steel appliances, and gleaming counters are equipped to handle anything you put on the menu.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
