Nice and comfy. Location was near the beach and plaza where you can buy food, rent a car and shop. There is a parking spot included just have to be careful driving up and down seeing as it is narrow and only one car can pass at a time. Great amenities.
The building is old and the unit we stayed showed wear. The room itself could use a deep clean but everything was tidy on the surface. Same with pool and hot tub. The location was great.

Owner was difficult, room was toxic with mold, dust and unhygienic pillows, causing massive sinus problems when in the room. Sheets were so old they tore when I used my elbow to push up. The AC was very noisy and blew right on the beds making sleep difficult. Sliding window was taped to cover up some gap or poor previous repair on the window. Plugs were poor available, having to either crawl to them under the window or buy an extension cord to have power closer. Internet equipment was old and connected devices frequently paused or lagged for the signal to catch up to the typing or video conferences. I have to go to my physician when I get back to test me for respiratory inflammation or to fix my sinus problems from breathing in the closed up room. When I open the window, I was able to avoid going to emergency room because I could not breathe.
