The house is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street. Very few cars travel by the house due to its location. There are a couple parks within walking distance as well as restaurants. During the summer months there are live concerts at the nearby park for you to enjoy.

This charming 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. With multiple living rooms, the spacious layout is ideal for both entertaining and family living. The main level features a welcoming foyer, a formal living room, office/bedroom and a grand family room with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, and a large dining table to seat your crowd.

Upstairs, the generous primary suite includes an ensuite bath with dual sinks and large two person shower. Two additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for family or guests, while the versatile third living room can be used as a media room, playroom or extra sleeping space.

The beautifully landscaped backyard is perfect for outdoor activities, with a patio area for dining al fresco, trampoline and swinging fun as well as chats by the fire. Additional features include a two-car garage, a laundry room, and ample storage throughout. This home combines functionality with elegance, making it perfect landing spot for anyone seeking a versatile and inviting living space.

There are two parking spots in the driveway with ample street parking for larger groups. It is very easy to get around with a car or if need be an Uber or Lyft. In addition, there are a number of grocery stores, restaurants, shops, parks, etc. that can easily be accessed by a short car ride or even walking.

We do allow pets, but there is a $25 per pet, per night fee that will be added to your overall stay. For longer stays, we do discounted pet fees. Please inquire with hosts. Additional nightly pet fees will be sent out after confirmation of booking.

This home is suitable to up to 8 adults max and an additional 2 children (there is a top bunk bed or couches). We also have a pack n play available at this property.

We also require an identity check for all guest who book our properties. This is standard safety protocol for us and you as our guest!
