Very nice house!
This single family home is perfectly located at the Gulf of Mexico. Sun filled in Naples Park, within ¾ of a mile of Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton. A very popular shopping and dining center, the Mercato, is about a mile from the house.
Take the beach chairs and sunbath on the clean, white sandy beaches and enjoy the world class shopping, the restaurants and the beautiful 70+ golf courses, located within a few miles.
Come once to Naples, get addicted and you will return every year again... it is so beautiful.

Very happy family

This was a family vacation and the home had everything we needed. Great location that had things for everyone to enjoy. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops! Communication with the property manager was very easy and the few messages I sent were responded to very quickly. Overall a great trip

Our family vacation

Size met our needs re bedrooms and bathrooms. Spacious - clean - well equipped. A 10 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Would go back this location again.

Family Holiday

This is the second time staying at this home. The location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the beach and easy walking distance to Publix and Mercado. There is lots of beach chairs, toys and bikes in the garage.On a negative side the mattress in the main bedroom needs replacing - there is little to no support. The kitchen supplies need to be upgraded. The house sleeps 8 but only four cereal bowls. Also both showers did not drain well.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for us, comfortable beds, very close to the beach and Mercato, we used their beach chairs and umbrellas and the kitchen was well equipped. I would recommend to a friend. Thank you Marcus!

First trip to the sunshine State .

Nice big house. There were 10 of us. Great pool and hot tub. Short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool. There's a nice assortment of beach chairs and a couple umbrellas to use. The house was very clean and when I had a question the property manager was quick to respond.

Fantastic for family of 7

We are a large "Brady Bunch" family. We have 2 adults and 5 children, and our oldest brought a friend (a total of 8!). We all fit and there was lots of space for all of us. I loved that they had additional beach gear for us. During our last stay in Florida, we bought chairs and umbrellas and had to leave them.

great time

The property was in a great location to the beach . It really made me feel at home . Any issue we had was quickly remedied. The owner was on top of everything but gave us space that we didn't know he was around. . Really cared about us having a great stay .THANK YOU . the restaurants were also top notch , walking on fifth,third ave , tin city was fun too. The only dislike was leaving . lol

Minnesota Nice

This is the first time we have set up a family vacation in Florida and we picked the right spot. We had a 3 year old and a 1 year old as part of the group. We had everything at the house that we could want for the kids. Car seats, high chairs, pool toys and flotation devices. There was plenty of room for 8 people. The pool was a huge hit for everyone. I can't say enough positive things about the communication...either calls or texts...to Marcus and his wife for anything we had questions on.. they were right there for us.

Property owner was very attentive. Definitely room for improvement. Overall. We enjoyed the house .

Smoke alarm needed to be replaced. Weak battery caused annoying loud sound. Light fixtures need to be checked. The remote only allows the pool or hot tub to be heated separately. Inconvenient if everyone wants to use both at the same time.

Relaxing trip

We visited a few weeks ago and absolutely loveddddddd this property! It's beautiful! Spacious! And a short walk to the beach! The pool and hot tub were great. We had an issue with the air conditioning, the owner was out at the house within 30 mins of letting them know! Highly recommend this house!

Wonderful house

We had a really great experience living in the house. We went on vacation with a lot of people, but thankfully the house was spacious and comfortable. The house had all the necessities we need including lots of towels, dishes, bikes and etc. The house was clean when we came and the furniture was great. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. We loved the house and would stay there again.

This house is beautiful, clean, and great location.

We had a total of 8 family members and everyone had their own space and area if they wanted to relax on their own. It’s close to the beach and great restaurants. The property manager was quick to respond to any of our questions. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and will visit again in the future.
