To ensure your comfort year-round, the patio is equipped with a top-end misting system for the hot summer days, and wall-mounted heaters for the cooler winter evenings.

The centerpiece of the backyard is the large heated pool, complete with elegant water features. The pool is surrounded by a variety of desert plants and tasteful landscaping, creating a serene oasis. Around the pool, lounge chairs offer the perfect spot for sunbathing or enjoying a good book.

Guests staying at our Scottsdale home will have full access to every part of the house, ensuring a private and unrestricted experience. We want you to feel completely at home, with the freedom to utilize all the spaces and amenities as you desire. From the luxurious bedrooms to the fully-equipped kitchen, the cozy living rooms to the spacious backyard and pool area, every corner of our property is open for your enjoyment.

Please note, for those wishing to take full advantage of our beautiful heated pool, there is an additional cost of $75 per day. This feature is perfect for ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable swim experience, regardless of the season. We aim to make your stay as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible, providing you with all the amenities needed for a memorable vacation.

To heat the pool there is a $75/day charge. Please let us know if you'd like this option :)

During the summer months, the Arizona monsoon season brings heavy rain and strong winds which causes the pool to be filled with dirt and debris. As much as possible, we make sure to keep the pool clean and ready before you check in but since this is something we can’t control on our end, please note that a refund due to the pool’s condition during this season will not be possible.

We will have the pool ready for your check-in however daily cleanings are not included. The pool is equipped with a long pole and hand skimmer for removing debris during your stay. If you would like us to request our pool maintenance company to do an on-demand visit, you can request this but additional charges may apply.
