We did not get to ride as much as we would have liked. But the ho.e we stayed at was very clean and quite. We had a peaceful time and enjoyed the time we were there
My family and I had an amazing time staying here! The kids absolutely loved all the space and the air hockey table. Huge plus being dog friendly so we could bring our fur babies along with us. Chris was great at responding quickly and answering all of my questions. Would definitely stay here again!!
This was the perfect place to house our family for the wedding. We were right in the middle of wedding venue and the wedding reception. It was spacious and inviting.
This place was the perfect place to stay for the weekend. Close enough to several trails for hiking and right by the river for fishing. I would highly recommend it to everyone I know.
this year has been very difficult we lost two major players in the family. We went as a family and we grieved together so now we are ready for Christmas. It snowed so much we were actually snowed in. but it was wonderful. thank you for this oppertunity to move forward.
We needed a large house for everyone & this was exactly that. Each family was able to have their own space and there was plenty of room in the living areas and kitchen. The yard was great for a bonfire and yard games (most of which were provided). I would recommend to any large group looking for a place to stay together in this area.
Everything was tidy and spacious! There's a general store not to far away. I loved watching the hummingbirds in the Rose of Sharon next to the decl and bluebirds by the bird houses.
The house is very roomy. We had 7 adults and everyone had their space. Loved the jetted tub. Kitchen was great, we ate in alot, including Christmas dinner. And lucky enough to get snow, so were able to hop right on the snowmobile trails from house. Not all local roads plowed well, but we were able to visit many local towns, Traverse City, Manistee and Cadilac. I forgot to include the dog in the initial reservation. Listings says allows up to 4 dogs, but nothing about fee, which I thought was a little high. But we would rent again for sure.
My two, adult sons stayed with their families. Seven kids total! Great trip. The large size of the house, and plenty of beds, works great for a large family.
This home was beautiful and spacious for my family and I! We loved the home, the amenities, and the area. It was great! Contacting host, booking, and check-in were all very easy. Highly recommend.
I really enjoyed my stay with my friends over the weekend. It’s a beautiful property right by the trails and has a really nice bon fire pit for great fires and the tippy damn isn’t far away super convenient for fishing. The inside of the house is beautiful and very spacious perfect for a big group. I definitely will be staying at this property again!
My son and I stayed here when we came up for a weekend of fishing. Although the fishing wasnt very good the house was great. I had trouble checking in because I wasnt able to open the VBRO on my phone for the lock code. I texted Chris and he responded right away. Great communication, we would stay here again and hope to next fall.
This spacious home with a huge, quiet, well-kept front and back yards was perfect for our family group and puppy. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy relaxing. Fire pit and charcoal grill were great additions. There was a gigantic turkey who entertained us morning and evening with his strut.
This was just what we needed for a family of four and the girls' friends. Spacious! Loved the beds, the decor in the house, the large bathrooms, and the property. The "barely" college girls had their downstairs when they wanted no adults, too. It was perfect for us as we took day trips to Frankfort and Traverse City, without the Traverse City prices. Thank you so much!!
Stayed Thurs thru Sat eve in late June. The house size was great. Kitchen decently appointed but a big downer to have no dishwasher. Communication was great w/host. Check in instructions to add a # at end of code were not included, so caused some inconvenience, but figured it out. Ample parking. Remote location, but fit what we needed. Overall very good experience.
The check in code won’t work till 4:05pm, we also had to buy a few things we left behind like a trash can for downstairs but for the most part, it has cute, it had lots of extras like firewood, folding chairs, plenty of pans, etc. We brought disposable plates and cups as we went through them too fast and no dishwasher, but I’d totally stay here again. It’s a great location and well done. My mom loved her bed so much she is going to buy one like it for home!
The house was just as advertised, very clean and spacious.
There were 12 of us, and I think everyone had a very good time. We stayed 4 nights, and it was so much fun. Many in our party want to make it an annual thing. Even our dogs had fun.
Everything was great but because it was so hot the air conditioner kept kicking off. The 2 bedrooms upstairs got pretty warm, we were fine just a little warm at night. But if that is the worst thing we had to deal with, we are in pretty good shape. 5 stars all the way. Thank you for such a great place to stay.
