Sleeping Arrangement
• Primary is Gulf front so you can hear the waves. The balcony access offers incredible views of the beach. There is a king bed with comfy bedding and plush pillows to welcome you to a good night's rest. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower and his/hers sinks.

The kitchen, living room, and dining area are all open to each other. This allows you to stay part of the group whether you are blending your favorite drinks in the kitchen, feasting on dinner at the dining table, or watching a movie on the flat screen in the living room. You will find that you have beautiful views of the beach from just about every location in the home.

Here’s what to expect:
Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.
All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.
Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 4:00
You need to know:
All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on day of arriva
Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in.
Guest must review and sign the Rental Agreement at check-in.
Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.

Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old.
NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the property this includes balconies.
No Pets
No parties are allowed.
Snowbirds Accepted.
Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
- During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Other things to note:
While we recognize the very real need for Emotional Support Animals, unfortunately, we must decline all pets.
In the interest of caution, and the well-being of guests with pet allergies, we unfortunately have to request that our guests refrain from bringing any and all animals into the residence.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
TRAVEL INSURANCE – CSA Travel Protection Insurance. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. You can view this brochure at http://www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.
